Assumption of Risk

Parents and guardians acknowledge and accept the normal risks associated with art activities.
Supervision
Reasonable supervision is provided during scheduled class times.
Parents and guardians are responsible for informing Art Time of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or special needs prior to participation.
Intellectual Property
All curriculum materials, lesson plans, written content, photographs, and website materials are the property of Art Time unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Student Artwork
All original artwork created by students remains the property of the student.
Art Time may photograph student artwork for documentation, display, or promotional purposes.

Camp-Specific Liability
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Parents and guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up.
Children may only be released to authorized individuals listed during registration.
Day Camps and Multi-Day Camps
Art Time offers day camps and multi-day camps that may include extended activity periods, varied art materials, indoor and outdoor movement, and group projects.
Parents and guardians acknowledge that:
Camps involve longer participation times than regular classes
Art materials and activities may vary daily
Minor injuries such as cuts, stains, or fatigue may occur during normal participation
By enrolling a child in an Art Time camp, parents and guardians voluntarily assume all normal risks associated with camp participation.
Art Time is not responsible for:
Lost or damaged personal belongings
Injuries resulting from failure to disclose allergies, medical conditions, or behavioral needs
Incidents occurring outside scheduled camp hours
One-Day Class and Workshop Liability
One-Day Classes and Workshops
Art Time offers single-day classes, workshops, and special events.
Parents and guardians understand that:
One-day classes are condensed and may involve focused or intensive art activities
There may be limited time for extended observation or adjustment
Participation is voluntary and short-term
Art Time is not liable for:
Discomfort, frustration, or incomplete projects due to time limitations
Allergic reactions or sensitivities not disclosed prior to the class
Incidents resulting from failure to follow instructor guidance
One-day classes are non-transferable unless otherwise stated
Missed sessions may not be refunded due to limited capacity and preparation costs
Acknowledgment of Participation
Enrollment in any Art Time program—including weekly classes, one-day workshops, or camps—constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all policies and liability statements listed on this page.
